We provide a wide variety of services to our business clients from assisting in selecting the type of organizational entity under which to operate, preparation of agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, obtaining financing and funding for business operations, and employee relations, to dissolution. However, we do not render tax advice on complex transactions.
Bankruptcy
Practice is limited to chapter 7, business reorganizations under chapter 11 and individual reorganization under chapter 13 representing either debtors or creditors.
We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Our services include, but are not limited to debt restructuring and repayment plans under chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Our firm represents both commercial clients and individuals in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property - land and the structures attached to it, including:

Probate and Estate
Our firm handles probate and estate matters, which includes preparation of wills, the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death, taking into account wills, taxes, insurance, property, and trusts so as to gain maximum benefit of all laws and, at the same time, carrying out the person's wishes at their death.
Probate is the court proceeding through which a will is proved to be valid and the estate of a decedent is administered. The process, generally, includes collecting a decedent's assets, liquidating liabilities, paying necessary taxes, and distribution of property to heirs.
General Issues
In addition to the foregoing, our firm also handles various general matters which are of concern to our clients. The range of matters include:
